Sept. 3, 1880 Patrick McAvinia, of Donagh, write his will and leaves a horse and cart to his brother Owen, 1 cow and 2 sheep to his wife Catherine, and mentions his mother as Mary McAvinia. He also leaves $5.00 each to his children John Insedore, and Joseph Francis. Witnesses were Owen Beagan, Owen McAvinia, and Patrick Holland.will proved Nov.16, 1880. 1881 Catherine McAveeney of lot 36 is recorded as family # 196. She is 27 with a 3 year old male Isedore, 10 month old Joseph and 85 year old Mary who was born in Ireland.
